Beit Zindlicht prepares for Passover

Last week’s theme at the Beit Zindlicht Jewish Children’s Education Center was “The Story of Passover,” which is a holiday that Jews around the world are preparing for.

“As always, we at Beit Zindlicht did it in the format of an interesting and exciting game,” says Malka Averbukh, a kindergarten teacher, ”the children turned into oppressed slaves who had to build for the Egyptians with bricks, construction sets, and other things, then they became the huge Nile River, which carefully kept a basket with a baby who was destined to become a great leader of the Jewish people. There were many more games, dances, and other activities that form a common historical memory from childhood.”

In addition to the games, the children of Beit Zindlicht, as always on the eve of Passover, will visit a matzoh bakery, but this will be a separate story.

The event was supported by the Jewish community of Dnipro.
