“Freedom-Jew” – a month of self-development at the Jewish lyceum

Throughout April, the Levy-Itzchak Schneerson Jewish Lyceum #144 will host a month of self-development called Freedom-Jew: Our Path to Freedom, and it will be a time for students to work actively on improving themselves.

“This time will be an opportunity for everyone to look inside themselves, identify their weaknesses and work on overcoming them,” says Tatiana Syrotkina, deputy director, ”Freedom is not only the absence of external restrictions, but also inner harmony and purity of soul. We want our students to learn to be free from negative emotions, bad habits and internal barriers that prevent them from reaching their potential.”

On the first day of the self-development month “Freedom-Jew: Our Way to Freedom,” elementary school students recalled and wrote down the qualities of character that make a person better, while high school students analyzed their weaknesses and how to work on them.

Throughout the month, the students will take part in various activities aimed at self-development and personal growth.

The event is supported by the Jewish Community of Dnipro.
