Sunday Walk for “Beit LeBanim” Boarding School Students at Globa Park

The first Sunday after the start of the new school year became an exciting adventure for the students of the “Beit LeBanim” boys’ boarding school of the Jewish community of Dnipro – they went on a trip to one of our city’s central parks – Lazar Globa Park.

The centerpiece of this excursion was a ride on the famous children’s railway, which is one of Dnipro’s main historical landmarks, with its route running through the picturesque surroundings of the main pond located in the western part of the park.

After the ride on the historic children’s railway line, another thrilling adventure awaited the boys – visiting the go-kart track and the opportunity to drive these exciting individual mobility vehicles themselves.

“Quality recreation is also an important part of the process of nurturing and developing well-rounded individuals, which we can provide thanks to the tireless care of the Jewish community of Dnipro and its Chief Rabbi Shmuel Kaminezki,” notes the head of the “Beit LeBanim” boarding school, Rabbi David Vaskovsky. “The boys really enjoyed this walk through the park, they got a lot of pleasure and positive emotions, and this first Sunday of autumn will remain in their memory for a long time.”
