A warm and meaningful farbrengen dedicated to the wedding day of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson, and Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, took place for the youngest pupils at the “Beit Zindlicht” Children’s Educational Center, a preschool institution of the Jewish Community of Dnipro.
The little ones were introduced to this important date through simple, bright, and understandable forms that combined learning with a joyful festive mood. During the program, the children watched videos of the Rebbe’s talks, reenacted a Chuppah ceremony while learning about Jewish wedding traditions, danced, and participated in a joint festive meal. Each activity helped the children feel the atmosphere of solemnity and understand the significance of this event for the entire Chassidic world.
“The children joined the celebration very sincerely and joyfully, and it is important for us that even at such a young age, they can become acquainted with traditions through simple and emotional experiences,” said the kindergarten director, Risha Gurevich. “We sincerely thank the Jewish Community of Dnipro and Chief Rabbi Shmuel Kaminezki for their care for our children and for the opportunity to hold such warm and meaningful events.”
