Congratulations on Your Bar Mitzvah, Menachem Mendel Potapov!

The Dnipro Jewish Community and our website warmly congratulate Menachem Mendel Potapov, a student of the “Beit leBanim” boarding school, on his Bar Mitzvah – the day of coming of age according to Jewish tradition.

The celebration itself took place in the city of Kamianske, at the “Beit Reuven” synagogue. It is symbolic that here, in his hometown, surrounded by family, friends, and community representatives, Menachem Mendel became a full-fledged member of the Jewish people, taking upon himself the responsibility for observing mitzvos and leading a conscious Jewish life.

“Special words of sincere gratitude are extended to Rabbi Levi Stambler and Rebbetzin Dina Stambler, the Rabbi and Rebbetzin of Kamianske, for their warm care, attention, and wonderful organization of the Bar Mitzvah celebration for Mendel. Thanks to their involvement, this day became truly bright, joyous, and memorable,” said Rabbi David Vaskovsky, head of the “Beit leBanim” boarding school. “We also heartily thank everyone who participated in acquiring two pairs of tefillin for Mendel – according to the traditions of Rashi and Rabbeinu Tam. This important and significant mitzvah was made possible thanks to the support of R. Michoel Pinkus, R. Yisroel Gussinsky, Michoel Aaron Halperin, Shimshon Furlander, David Berestovetsky, Eliyahu Kaplunsky, Denis Doroshenko, and R. David Dukhovny.”

The Dnipro Jewish Community and our website join in all the congratulations and wholeheartedly wish Menachem Mendel Potapov to grow in health and happiness, to bring joy to his mentors and the community, to be a true chassid, to follow the path of Torah and mitzvos, and, as is fitting, to come to Torah, to the Chuppah, and to good deeds.

Mazl Tov!
