Food Assistance from JRNU for Pesach for Families of the Rebbe’s Shluchim in Dnipro

In anticipation of the Pesach holiday, the Dnipro Jewish Community organized the distribution of food assistance from the Jewish Relief Network Ukraine for families of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s shluchim, ensuring that every family could properly prepare for conducting festive meals at home and observing the mitzvos of Pesach throughout the holiday week.

The packages contained a wide variety of kosher for Pesach products, including meat, chicken, and everything necessary for a complete holiday table. All products bore appropriate kosher certification and were selected in accordance with the requirements of the holiday.

Along with food items, families also received many useful household and holiday supplies that are kosher for Pesach, including toothpaste, aluminum foil, various items related to Pesach preparation, such as a kit for fulfilling the mitzvah of “bedikas chametz,” as well as special candles, a vessel for performing netilas yadayim, wine cups, and more.

A special place in the packages was occupied by a luxurious edition of the Tanya (Likkutei Amarim), which served as an important spiritual addition to the holiday preparations. Such assistance enables the families of shluchim not only to cover all practical aspects of conducting Pesach but also to enhance its spiritual dimension.

It is important to note that this assistance for the families of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s shluchim working in Dnipro was provided by the charitable organization JRNU well in advance, allowing families to prepare for Pesach calmly and in a timely manner, to plan everything needed to organize proper Seders, and to address the main issues related to observing traditions during Chol HaMoed.

The Dnipro Jewish Community expresses sincere gratitude to the Jewish Relief Network Ukraine for its ongoing support of the community’s activities and its charitable and humanitarian programs, and for such a substantial contribution to the preparation for Pesach 5786.
