Hirsh (Grigoriy Arkadiyovych) Helfer is an Honored Artist of Ukraine, long-time Artistic Director of the “KVN DSU” Theater, head of the Arts Council under the Mayor of Dnipro, a deputy of the Dnipro City Council, and a man whose name is inextricably linked with the cultural life of our city and the development of Dnipro’s creative environment.
The Dnipro Jewish Community and our website wish Hirsh (Grigoriy Arkadiyovych) Helfer happiness, good health, success, and fruitful work for the benefit of Ukraine and Dnipro. May his home always be filled with joy, and may the Almighty’s blessing be with him in all his good endeavors.
