Yosef David Belyayev actively supports the revival of Jewish life in Dnipro and is one of the most prominent leaders of the community. On his initiative, many Torah scrolls were written and donated to various Jewish communities. Yosef David is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the “Chesed Menachem” Charitable Foundation.
The Dnipro Jewish Community and our website wish Yosef David good health, success in all his good endeavors, and may his home be filled with happiness and joy. May his children go from strength to strength — to Torah, Chuppah, and good deeds.
