For over 20 years, Arkady Arturovich led one of the key regional medical institutions, caring for the health of thousands of residents of our city and region. Today, while enjoying his well-deserved retirement, Arkady Arturovich remains an active member of the Dnipro Jewish Community and remains faithful to his life’s work.
