Our Home Ukraine Foundation Again Provides Significant Assistance to the Jewish Medical Center “JMC”

The Jewish Medical Center “JMC,” a leading medical institution of the Jewish Community of Dnipro, has once again received significant charitable assistance from the American organization Our Home Ukraine Foundation, founded by philanthropist of Ukrainian descent Tanya Polsky. A new large shipment of essential medical consumables is intended primarily for the inpatient and surgical departments of JMC and continues a partnership through which the Center had already received a wide range of materials and equipment for the daily work of its medical teams.

This time, JMC received dressing and suture materials, surgical needles and threads, various catheters, filters, certain disinfectants, and other important consumables. All of these are constantly used in the work of the inpatient and surgical departments during patient treatment, medical procedures, and surgical interventions, which is why supplies of such materials must be regularly replenished.

The previous large shipment of assistance from Our Home Ukraine Foundation was delivered to the Jewish Medical Center in early August, and the new delivery continues this support. Consistent assistance allows JMC to replenish its stocks of essential consumables and provides the Center’s medical departments with the resources without which their daily work would be impossible.

“We are very grateful to Our Home Ukraine Foundation and its founder, Tanya Polsky, for this new large shipment of medical materials we so greatly need,” said the General Director of JMC, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Alexander Rodinsky. “For a modern clinic, it is critically important not only to have high-tech equipment and qualified specialists but also to have at its disposal everything necessary for their work every day. It is especially valuable that this is not the first time Our Home Ukraine Foundation has assisted our Medical Center and that our cooperation continues. Such support significantly helps us treat patients with high quality, preserve their health, and save human lives—which is one of the most important Jewish values and one of the top priorities of the united and cohesive Jewish Community of Dnipro under the leadership of Chief Rabbi Shmuel Kaminezki.”
