The Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” has announced its events in honor of International Museum Day.

The organizers share: “What awaits you:
11:00 AM – A tour of a unique institution – the National Center of Sofrut.* Here, they are engaged in the writing and checking of sacred texts used in Jewish communities for prayer and the fulfillment of mitzvos;
11:30 AM – A tour of the temporary exhibition “Unknown Artifacts from the Museum’s Collections.” The artifacts in this exhibition, which have never been displayed before, will be available for viewing for only 1 day!*;
12:15 PM – A tour of the temporary exhibition “Some Were Neighbors: Choice, Human Behavior, and the Holocaust” from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (Washington, D.C.);
1:00 PM – A drawing for valuable prizes.
