Event description:
“This is a unique documentary about the Army Aviation of Ukraine’s Ground Forces — those known as the ‘wings of the infantry’. Created by the aviation team AEROTIM, the film powerfully conveys the spirit of combat pilots, technicians, and spotters — people who choose the sky, risk, and responsibility every day.

At the heart of the story are the pilots’ accounts: daring raids behind enemy lines, impossible missions, rescues of comrades from burning vehicles, and declarations of love between sorties. The 18th Army Aviation Brigade from Poltava played a key role in the film, providing unprecedented support for the filming.

Expect stunning air-to-air footage, never-before-seen archival material, and a heartfelt narration that guides viewers through heroic moments of the war, quoting pilot Vasyl Mulyk’s book Congo-Donbas. Helicopter Flashbacks.

This is not a film about defeat. It’s a film about strength. About people who carry the country on rotor blades. About love that’s not afraid of heights. About a struggle that continues.

This film is best experienced on the big screen — to hear the roar of the turbines like you’re inside a combat helicopter. To hold your breath. To feel.”
