At the “Golden Rose” Central Synagogue, as throughout the entire Jewish Community of Dnipro, the festival of Sukkot has been a time of profound spiritual joy, prayer, and unity. A wonderful tradition has developed at the Dnipro “Chaya-Mushka” Maсhon, a leading educational institution of the Dnipro Jewish Community for girls: to visit friends at one of the city’s Jewish structures during the days of Chol HaMoed Sukkot. The conclusion of the series of Tishrei holidays is marked by two consecutive holidays – Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah. A special day dedicated to preparing for the holidays concluding the month of Tishrei – Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah – was held at the “Beit Zindlicht” Children’s Educational Center, the main preschool institution of the Dnipro Jewish Community.
