A large children’s farbrengen was held at the “Beit Tsindlicht” Educational Center, dedicated to the 191st birthday of the Fourth Lubavitcher Rebbe — Rabbi Shmuel, also known as the Rebbe Maharash. Together with their teachers, the children learned many fascinating stories about the childhood and leadership of the Rebbe Maharash, as well as his significant Children’s Farbrengen at “Beit Tsindlicht”

In Dnipro, the Jewish Lyceum No. 144 named after Levi Yitzchak Schneerson hosted the citywide interschool recitation competition “Inspired by the Word” — a significant event that brought together young talents from lyceums and gymnasiums of the city’s Central District, offering unforgettable moments of connection with the beauty of poetic expression. The Menorah Center, in collaboration with the INSPIRA business club, continues its series of screenings dedicated to Ukrainian film classics as part of the “Mobilization of Intellectual Potential” initiative. At the Children’s Educational Center “Beit Tzindlicht,” as usual on Friday, a playful Kabbalat Shabbat was held, this time dedicated to the Shabbat of the Torah portion “Shemini.” According to tradition, each group portrayed itself as a large family — a “father” and a “mother” were chosen, while the other children became relatives and friends “Shemini” Kabbalat Shabbat at “Beit Tzindlicht”

The “Beit Yoel” project (“Beit Chabad” for Israelis living and studying in Dnipro) held its first meeting after the Passover holidays, dedicated to the Torah portion “Shemini.” The session took place on the fourth floor of the administrative building of the “Golden Rose” central synagogue complex and was led for the “Beit Yoel” participants by The First “Beit Yoel” Meeting After the Holidays

In the “Beit Sarah” project of the Jewish Community of Dnipro, aimed at elderly women, a special gathering was held ahead of the first Shabbat after the end of Pesach.  Within the “Beit Sarah” project, twenty-eight women of the “golden age” meet twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, to study Torah and Jewish traditions, “Shlissel Challahs” for the “Beit Sarah” Project

On the eve of the first Shabbat after the holiday of Pesach, a special event took place at the Weber family’s home — the baking of unique challahs in the shape of a key, known as “Shlissel Challah.” For this warm gathering, activists of Dnipro’s Jewish revival were invited.
