Anna Samoilovna Ovcharova worked at the Hesed Menachem Charitable Foundation from 1994 to 2010. She rose from a volunteer to the head of the curatorial service. She organized and successfully led the Yadid Club for young people with special needs and disabilities, and now continues to be an active member of the community.
The Jewish community and our website wish Anna Samoilievna happiness, health, success, fruitful work, a lot of happiness from children and grandchildren, may they come to Torah, Chuppah and good deeds!
