The Jewish community of Dnipro and our website would like to extend our heartfelt birthday greetings to Chaim (Yevhen) Neskes, an activist of the Jewish revival of Dnipro. Mr. Neskes celebrated his birthday yesterday, on the Shabbat of the weekly chapter of Emor.
