The Jewish community of Dnipro and our website sincerely congratulate David Isroel Dov Manuilov, a certified soifer, Jewish revivalist, and one of the leaders of the Tikkun Olam project, on his birthday. Mr. Manuilov celebrated his birthday yesterday, on Shabbos of the weekly Torah portion Vayeira.
