The Jewish community of Dnipro and our website sincerely congratulate Lilah Tsopa, the Rebbe’s envoy in Kamianske, a Hebrew language teacher at the Beit Menachem Lubavitch private lyceum, on her birthday. Lilah celebrated her birthday on the Shabbat of the weekly chapter of the Trumah.
