The Dnipro Jewish Community and our website wholeheartedly congratulate Reuven Neshes, son of Chaim Neshes and his wife Chana, a student at the Levi Yitzchak Schneerson Jewish Lyceum No. 144, on his birthday. Today, on the 10th of Shevat, Reuven turns eight years old.
