At the central branch of the Jewish Medical Center “JMC,” one of the leading healthcare institutions in our city and region, the first candle of the eight-day Hanukkah holiday was lit by its General Director, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Oleksandr Rodynskyi.
The main ceremony at the “JMC” clinic took place in the main office, located within the world’s largest Jewish center, “Menorah,” allowing all employees of this clinic department to respond “Amen” to the blessings. Oleksandr Rodynskyi warmly congratulated the team on the onset of Hanukkah and wished them robust health.
“Every year, the holiday of Hanukkah is a special time for our medical center, and the light of the Hanukkah candles gives us strength to develop our medical projects and hope to implement them in the near future,” noted Professor Rodynskyi. “As in all Jewish institutions of Dnipro, with unwavering faith in the Almighty, we light candles to add spiritual light to the world. We thank our dear and beloved Dnipro Jewish Community and its Chief Rabbi, Shmuel Kaminezki, for the opportunity to join this great cause.”
