The main topic of the men’s lesson of the Menorah Community youth project of the Dnipro Jewish Community, implemented by the Zislin family, this week was the connection of religion and business.
Rabbi Zalman Rabinovich examined this issue based on the material from the weekly chapter “Vayakgel”, emphasized the importance of unity for the sake of a common cause, because just as Moshe gathered the people to build the Mishkan, so teamwork is important in business. He emphasized the importance of voluntary contributions, when people donate from the heart, because projects flourish when they invest with enthusiasm and everyone brings what they can.
“We analyzed modern examples and considered what is more important for success: a team, inspiration or personal contribution. The conclusion? All together! It was cool and very informative!”, summed up the project manager Levi Zislin.
