As previously reported, a major quiz took place at the Dnipro Yeshiva named after Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneerson, dedicated to the birthday of the Leader of our generation, the Seventh Lubavitcher Rebbe — Menachem Mendel Schneerson. The winners of this competition were students from the first and second grades, as well as the “Shiur Alef” group. However, the prizes were postponed until after the conclusion of the Passover holiday and the school break.
The director of the yeshiva, Rebbetzin Chana Segal, shared that last week the first of these events took place — the younger winners were treated to a visit to the “Crazy Land” amusement center, where the boys enjoyed several hours of games and attractions.
“The boys had a great time enjoying the games and entertainment at the center,” said Rebbetzin Chana Segal. “They worked hard to win the contest and to bring a beautiful gift to the Rebbe. They studied a lot, and we are happy to reward them with this joyful experience. Soon, we plan a special farbrengen at ‘Kohavi’ for the other winners.”
The event was held with the support of the Jewish Community of Dnipro.
