The “Golden Rose” Central Synagogue of Dnipro announces preparations for the Pesach holiday. As is known, during this holiday, it is not only forbidden to consume or possess any chametz, but even to have it on one’s premises. It is necessary to thoroughly and consciously rid oneself of any chametz.
Therefore, the “Golden Rose” Synagogue turns to all congregants with a request. First, to remove from the synagogue lockers any personal items that fall under the definition of chametz. If any questions arise, please contact the shamashim immediately. This should be done quickly, as the synagogue is preparing for Pesach according to a specific schedule!
Secondly, in the synagogue you can arrange the sale of chametz that is your property anywhere, and this must be done properly using a special form. To do this, you need to contact Rabbi Reuven Milman, who arranges the sale of chametz in the synagogue every day (except Shabbat).
The final deadline for the sale at the synagogue is Tuesday, March 31, at 2:00 PM.
It is best to perform the sale of chametz in person at the synagogue. However, if you are unable to physically come to the synagogue during this period, the sale of chametz can also be arranged using the online form
