The main event of the celebration of Yud Alef Nisan – the 123rd anniversary of the birth of the leader of our generation, the Seventh Lubavitcher Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson, was a grand men’s farbrengen, which took place in the side part of the main prayer hall.
The farbrengen was attended by many community members and synagogue members, and speeches were delivered by the Chief Rabbi of Dnipro and the region, Shmuel Kaminezki, Rabbis Moishe Neumann, Moishe Leib Weber, and Rabbi Michael Muzykin, among others. They told many touching stories about how the connection with the Rebbe helped and sometimes radically changed a person’s life and how the Rebbe had and still has a great influence on the life of the Jewish people and all of humanity.
he farbrengen took place in a warm atmosphere of true Chassidic unity and elevation, filled with inspiration and the spirit of Yiddishkeit. Participants joyfully recited Tehillim, raised l’chaims, and sang heartfelt Chassidic nigunim.
The event was organized with the support of the Jewish community of Dnipro.
