The Dnipro Jewish Community and our website wholeheartedly congratulate Vladimir (Velvel) Gershengorn, a veteran of the Jewish revival in Dnipro and long-time head of the community’s administrative and maintenance services, on his Jubilee.
Volodymyr Oleksandrovych was one of those who formed the modern infrastructure of the Jewish community and worked fruitfully to ensure its effective operation, organizing various projects and events.
His 70th birthday was warmly celebrated at “Beit Baruch,” where the entire staff and residents congratulated him and wished him robust health and all the best.
The Jewish Community and our website wish Vladimir Alexandrovich robust health, a speedy return to an active life, and the continuation of his work for the benefit of all Jews in our city.
