The Dnipro Jewish Community and our website wholeheartedly congratulate Yechiel Michal Pekarsky and his wife Risha (daughter of Rabbi Moshe Leib Weber and his wife Shoshanna) on the birth of their daughter, who has been named Sheina Rochel.
