“Meholelot Meapiсha” – Step by Step Toward the Geulah

At the Menorah Center, the largest Jewish center in the world, the summer day camp “Meholelot Meapiсha” is coming to a close. This unique camp was organized by the Jewish Community of Dnipro for girls in grades 1 through 9.

Each day at the camp was dedicated to a specific theme, all presented in a cosmic style. The Jewish people were portrayed as the crew of a spaceship tasked with a mission of utmost importance to all humanity — finding the path to complete and final Redemption.

On one of the days, the girls explored the fundamental principles of the spiritual cosmos — principles that also serve as the most reliable map to guide the journey, even through zones filled with dark matter and dark energy, or near dangerous singularities. These guiding principles are the Ten Mivtzoim of the Rebbe — through them, we know exactly what to do and how to do it to reach our Great Goal.

Another day focused on the main energy source powering the camp’s metaphorical spaceship — the unshakable force that keeps “Meholelot Meapiсha” confidently moving forward regardless of any cosmic crisis: Ahavat Yisrael — love for one another.

There was also a day dedicated to the strongest connection in the universe — one that transcends all space-time continuums and limitations described by Einstein: the bond between every Jew and our Rebbe. Each day included games and hands-on workshops: the girls crafted Shabbat candle holders, created portraits of the Rebbe using coffee beans, and more.

“Very soon, our magical cosmic journey of ‘Meholelot Meapiсha’ will come to an end,” says camp co-director Edna Yudovich. “But at the same time, every girl will begin her own mission — in her family, in her surroundings — because every Jewish princess carries the power to transform the world and bring light and spiritual energy into it. Thanks to the Jewish Community of Dnipro, which gifted us and the girls these happy days, we were able to take a real step toward Redemption. And we look forward to future reunions of our wonderful cosmic crew.”
