A new lesson by the Chief Rabbi of Dnipro, Shmuel Kaminezki, dedicated to the weekly Torah portion “Shoftim,” has been released on the popular YouTube channel “Menorah.” In this episode, Rabbi Kaminezki highlights a very important topic—how the Almighty gives us hints about what He wants from us and where true Bracha (blessing) in the home comes from.
We learn why it is necessary to recite blessings and what their profound meaning entails. The Rabbi explains that this is not merely a formality but a directive from G-d through which abundance enters a person’s life. He emphasizes: The Almighty promises that the people of Israel will have sages who will guide them along the path of the Torah and help them draw closer to Him. The laws enacted by the sages are no less important than what is directly written in the Torah, as they are also pleasing to the Almighty.
The portion “Shoftim” teaches us to pay closer attention to spiritual guidance, trust our mentors, and see the will of the Creator in their words.
