Hello. We are GRAVORI.
GRAVORI is a line of kosher, natural cold-pressed juices, born from a love for authentic taste, aesthetics, and honest quality.
Our story began with a very simple, real-life situation. One day, we were searching for a truly high-quality, delicious, and kosher juice – one that would be worthy as a gift, for a holiday table, or to serve to loved ones. We tasted. Compared. Sampled. And at some point, we realized: the product we were looking for hardly existed. So we joined forces and decided to create it ourselves.
GRAVORI is the pure taste of fruit without compromises. No added water, sugar, or preservatives. Only the best Ukrainian apples, premium pomegranates, and carefully selected pears. Cold-pressing preserves the natural aroma, benefits, and true character of each fruit.
We are just at the beginning of our journey, but we already know one thing for sure: honest taste always speaks louder than any advertisement.
Kosher for us is not just a certificate. It is a conscious choice of integrity, purity of processes, and full responsibility for the product we create.
Kosher status means strict requirements for ingredients, production, and every detail – without compromise. All processes are transparent and under constant supervision. Obtaining kosher status for our production is carried out in the city of Dnipro under the supervision of an authorized rabbinical organization with the right to provide kosher certification according to the laws of kashrut. Control covers ingredients, equipment, and production processes at all stages.
It was fundamentally important for us to take this path from the very beginning – not as a formality, but as an internal confidence in a product that can be placed on a holiday table and offered with full trust. That’s why kosher for GRAVORI is not a word on the packaging, but confirmation of the right and responsible path.
APPLES IN GRAVORI JUICES
We chose three varieties of apples for a reason. Each has its own character, taste, and benefits – and together they create the perfect balance.
Fuji Apples – juicy and naturally sweet. They are rich in antioxidants, support energy balance, and gently nourish the body. Benefits: a natural source of energy, supports the immune system, antioxidant protection. Taste: delicate, velvety, without sharp acidity.
Granny Smith – bright, crisp, with a natural tartness. This variety activates metabolic processes and refreshes. Benefits: stimulates digestion, helps cleanse the body, low sugar content. Taste: refreshing, invigorating.

PEAR IN GRAVORI JUICES
Pear XENIA – a variety with exceptional tenderness and natural juiciness. Its soft, rounded flavor and delicate sweetness are perfectly revealed in cold-pressed juices. Tenderness. Balance. Care. This pear variety is easily accepted by the body and creates a feeling of calm and comfort. Xenia adds softness, warmth, and harmony to the juices. Benefits: gentle digestive support, a natural source of fiber, low acidity, delicate influence on the body.
POMEGRANATE IN GRAVORI JUICES
Pomegranate – the heart of our line. We select premium pomegranate varieties from Azerbaijan, working strictly by season to preserve maximum benefit and depth of flavor. Azerbaijan is one of the best regions in the world for growing pomegranates: sun, soil, and traditions create fruits with rich juice and high nutritional value.
We do not use one universal variety. Each season we select the best pomegranates, depending on ripeness, sweetness, and acid balance. This allows us to: achieve stable quality, preserve a deep, noble flavor, work with pomegranate like wine – by season and character.
BRAND PHILOSOPHY
Any true creation begins not with form, but with the energy of people and the interaction between them. An idea is born in this exchange, goes through a path of transformation – and only with time finds its form. This is how a sign appears. And with it – a brand.
The foundation of our logo became the circle – a symbol of integrity, order, and balance. In time, structure, proportions, and the image of a pomegranate appeared.
The pomegranate in our logo is not accidental. In traditional worldview, particularly in the Torah, it is emphasized that in the created world there are no random details: every element has its place and meaning. That is precisely why pomegranate seeds are never identical. Their diversity is not chaos, but an ordered multiplicity where every particle is important. We consciously depicted the seeds as unequal and unique. This is about life, where integrity is born not from sameness, but from diversity gathered into a single form.
We have consciously and consistently approached the formation of our brand of natural juices. For us, not only the quality of the product is important, but a holistic philosophy – from the idea to the sensation a person receives.
PRODUCT AND CONTENT
We create premium-quality natural juices, paying special attention to the origin of ingredients, purity of flavor, and aesthetics of presentation.
CURRENT LINEUP
Pomegranate Juice. A premium product with a high concentration of flavor and benefits. Can be served as shots or menu portions.

During the celebration of Chanukah, we held a juice tasting. It was a special, warm event – with an atmosphere of light, joy, and sincere emotions. Guests had the opportunity to try our juices and get acquainted with the brand’s philosophy. And the feedback exceeded all expectations.

We work in real conditions. We create GRAVORI in a country that lives and fights. In a reality where light can disappear. Where work processes sometimes depend on a generator. Where plans change not by desire, but by circumstances. But work does not stop.
We chose to show everything as it really is – without embellishment and without illusions. Because honesty for us is not a word, but a way of acting. Even when there is no light – we work. Even when it’s difficult – we continue. Because a task done with soul does not turn off with the electricity.
