“Tov Ve Hesed: Treats, vitamins and a Mishkan game

Traditionally, on Sunday, the volunteer project of the Jewish community of Dnipro, Tov Ve Hesed, headed by Hana Neskhes, visited children who need special care because they are without parental care and live in special institutions created as part of the Good Home project.

“We looked at illustrations of the clothing of the Cohen and Cohen Gadol, Mishkan utensils, and discussed how the Mishkan was created, as described in the weekly chapter of Pekudei,” says project manager Hana Neshes, “The children were very interested to learn how the Mishkan parts were made and how Moshe Rabbeinu assembled them according to the instructions of the Lord of the Universe and why it was so important for all of humanity. We hope that this knowledge will be useful to children not only during their upbringing, but also in their adult lives.”

In addition to interesting lessons, the project volunteers, as always, played a lot of fun and educational games, drew together and treated the children to treats, sweets and goodies with a high vitamin content.
