Following the completion of the Dnipro Jewish Community’s winter camp for girls, “Girls Winter Day Camp Gan Yisroel Dnipro 5786,” a wonderful video has been prepared. We present it to the attention of our website’s readers so we can all rejoice together and delight in the atmosphere of friendship, mutual support, and Jewish spirit that prevailed at every moment of the camp’s work.
This year’s winter camp theme was “The Five Senses,” with each sense dedicated a separate day where it was explored as an important part of Jewish perception of individuality and communication with the surrounding world for serving Hashem.
We remind you that thanks to the Dnipro Jewish Community, thirty-six girls were able to enjoy the “Girls Winter Day Camp Gan Yisroel Dnipro 5786” this year. The camp director was the talented teacher and Jewish leader Leah Lazareva; the head counselor was Rosa Nachshon; and the counselors were: Malki Stambler, Rivka Milman, Rachel Nachshon, Chaya Romanovskaya, Neta Shabatova, Adel Yandyuk, and Maryashi Glick. The camp took place on the grounds of the International Humanitarian-Pedagogical Institute “Beit Chana.”
