In the kindergarten “Beit Zindlicht” of the Jewish community of Dnipro, the little ones joyfully celebrated the 10th of Shvat – a special day associated with two Lubavitcher Rebbes: the yortzeit of the Previous Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef-Yitzhak Schneerson, and the day when Rebbe Menachem-Mendel Schneerson officially assumed the leadership of our generation.<\/p>\n

The kindergarteners listened with fascination to stories about the life and work of the two Rebbes, looked at photos and learned how their teachings continue to change the world. In honor of the holiday, the kids lovingly decorated cards dedicated to this important day, trying to put all their warmth and respect into them. <\/p>\n

And to make the holiday even more memorable, the children sang nigunim, watched themed videos and played fun games, thanks to which they better understood what it means to be a Lubavitcher Hasid.<\/span><\/p>\n
