In the youth project “Menorah Community” of the Jewish Community of Dnipro, implemented by the Zislin family, another engaging lesson took place. The theme of the meeting was the connection between religion and business through the lens of the weekly Torah portion “Pekudei.” <\/p>

he lesson was led by Rabbi of the project, Reuven Kaminezki, who helped participants understand how the principles of the Torah can be applied in the modern business environment. He emphasized that transparency and accountability play a key role in building trust, both in the construction of the Mishkan and in business management. Accurate accounting of all expenses helped strengthen the people’s confidence, and in the corporate world, it aids in building reliable partnerships. <\/p>

Another important aspect was the understanding of responsibility for contribution. In the construction of the Mishkan, every material brought was accounted for, demonstrating respect for resources and people who contributed. This principle remains relevant today: effective resource management and recognition of each employee’s efforts form the foundation of a successful company. <\/p>

Equally important was the principle of organization and order. All work in the construction of the Mishkan was carried out in strict accordance with instructions, ensuring efficiency and clear distribution of tasks. In business, such systematization allows companies to work harmoniously and achieve sustainable growth. <\/p>

At the end, the participants discussed an important question: what is the main factor for success \u2013 transparency, order, or respect for people? The answer was clear: only the combination of all three aspects creates a strong foundation for a stable and thriving business.
