Just as the search for chametz, the burning of chametz this year will take place earlier than usual \u2013 on Friday, the 13th of Nisan\/April 11. All chametz must be burned by 11:33 AM (Dnepr time). <\/strong>, found during the search, except for a small amount left for Shabbat meals, as will be explained further (in the siddur, p. 406). According to the opinion of the Admor ha-Zaken, chametz should be burned no later than Friday, the 13th of Nisan\/April 11, by noon, 12:56 PM (Dnepr time). <\/p>

Please note:<\/strong> during the burning of chametz this year, we do not recite the renunciation of chametz (‘all leavened items, etc.’) as indicated in the siddur for the burning of chametz, since we will still be eating it on Shabbat (this wording will be recited on Shabbat morning, as will be explained further in the laws of the morning of Shabbat). However, we do recite a special prayer ‘May Your will be done,’ which is said during the burning of chametz (in the siddur, p. 406). <\/p>

Despite the fact that this year we will still be eating chametz on Shabbat, it is still necessary to ensure that chametz is burned by 11:33 AM on Friday, the 13th of Nisan\/April 11, and not to change the established order.<\/strong><\/p>

Since we have already found and burned the chametz, and the house is ready for the holiday, we should no longer eat chametz, except for what we need to take for ‘lechem mishneh’ \u2013 the necessary amount for the Shabbat meals.<\/p>
