Ukraine\u2019s popular informal holiday \u2014 Vyshyvanka Day \u2014 was celebrated in a bright and creative way at the leading educational institution of the Dnipro Jewish Community, the Jewish Lyceum No. 144 named after Levi Yitzchak Schneerson.<\/p>

<\/p>

The celebration at the Lyceum was called \u201cThe Vyshyvanka Code\u201d and featured an engaging quest along with a very popular photo zone. Students wore embroidered shirts in a wide range of styles \u2014 from delicate floral patterns to strict geometric designs. <\/p>

<\/p>

\u201cStudents from grades 1 to 11 proudly wore their vyshyvankas, showing unity and love for Ukrainian traditions that unite our shared Ukrainian civic nation,\u201d said Lyceum Deputy Director Svitlana Romenska. \u201cVyshyvanka Day at the Lyceum became not just a holiday but a true lesson in patriotism, history, and culture. We are proud of our students who honor their people\u2019s traditions and bring the beauty of the Ukrainian vyshyvanka to the world!\u201d <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
