The latest men’s session of the \u201cMenorah Community\u201d youth project of the Dnipro Jewish Community\u2014developing actively thanks to the efforts of the Zislin family\u2014was dedicated to the Three Weeks of Mourning from the 17th of Tammuz to the 9th of Av.<\/p>

<\/p>

Rabbi David Vayskovsky taught about the laws and customs of Tisha B\u2019Av, and explained how, in Chabad, this period is not only one of sorrow and mourning, but also a time of hope, spiritual closeness to the Creator, and active preparation for the coming Redemption.<\/p>

<\/p>

Despite the gravity of the topic, the session was far from pessimistic. It took place in an atmosphere of readiness for positive action to spread light and hasten the Geulah. \u201cLearning is a joy\u2014even when we speak about painful matters,\u201d emphasized the project leader, Levi Zislin. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
