In the central synagogue of Dnipro, the “Golden Rose,” on the day when only a few hours remained until the onset of Rosh Ha-Shanah, a solemn and touching gift distribution ceremony took place. The event was organized by the well-known businessman and philanthropist, a long-time and sincere friend of the Jewish Community of Dnipro, Moshe Elikson, and the project he founded,J.B.C-HOME “The Jewish-HOME for Business&commerce in Ukraine.”<\/p>

<\/p>

Beautiful sets of holiday gifts were distributed to the community members, as well as to those particularly in need of support today\u2014internally displaced persons, low-income families, and families with children. For them, these gifts became a source of genuine joy and a feeling that they are remembered and cared for. Everyone who was fortunate to receive these gifts asked to convey their most sincere wishes for a good and bright new year, wishes of luck and well-being to Mr. Elikson and his socially significant project, which, despite the difficult circumstances, continues to be implemented in Ukraine and benefits many people. <\/p>

<\/p>

“I and my children are sincerely grateful to Mr. Moshe Elikson for this wonderful and much-needed gift,” noted a mother of many children, Adel Shikula. “We have heard a lot about the ‘Bait Yehudi’ project, about how it does an extraordinary amount to develop contacts between Ukraine and Israel, how it constantly supports Ukrainian Jews, and that’s why we received this New Year’s gift from him with great joy. May the Almighty bless Moshe Elikson with a good, happy, and bright year, may He send him success in all his good deeds, so that he can continue to do so much that is useful and important for the community and for Jewish life in Ukraine.” <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
