Another women’s class took place at the “Menorah Community” youth project of the Dnipro Jewish Community, which is actively developing through the efforts of the Zislin family. The session was dedicated to the theme of strong women and their inspiring role in Jewish history, as well as their impact on spiritual life, family relationships, and the shaping of the current generation.<\/p>

<\/p>

The class was led by “Menorah Community” educator Osnat Lieberman, who structured the gathering as a thoughtful and in-depth study of Jewish heroines. This allowed participants not only to learn about historical examples but also to see their relevance to their own lives and spiritual growth.<\/p>

<\/p>

At the start of the session, participants spoke about Queen Esther and her unique role in the Purim story, discussing how her inner strength, modesty, and sense of responsibility affected the fate of the entire Jewish people. The girls discussed with great inspiration how Esther’s ability to act decisively while remaining true to her inner mission serves as a model for how a woman can combine gentleness, wisdom, and leadership. <\/p>

<\/p>

A separate segment was devoted to the Matriarchs in Jewish tradition as four distinct models of the relationship between husband and wife. Participants analyzed how each of the Matriarchs reveals a particular structure of family interaction, and how these models continue to inform the understanding of a woman’s role, harmony in marriage, and spiritual partnership in the modern world. <\/p>

<\/p>

Special attention was given to the influence of women on Jewish culture and the contemporary generation. The discussion emphasized that it is through inner strength, fidelity to values, and the ability to transmit tradition from generation to generation that women shape the spiritual resilience of the family and community, exerting a profound and lasting impact on the development of Jewish life. <\/p>

“It is important to us that such classes help women recognize their own strength through the examples of Jewish history, and become aware of their personal mission and influence on their families and future generations,” said Esti Zislin, co-director of the project. “Each class reveals new dimensions of the woman’s role in the light of Torah and Chassidic tradition. We are deeply grateful for this opportunity, which our united and cohesive Dnipro Jewish Community, under the leadership of its Chief Rabbi Shmuel Kaminezki, affords us.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
