Several years ago, the “Kollel Torah” educational structure, as part of its publishing project “Likutei Sichos in Russian,” presented another issue of its anthology \u2013 a translation of the discourses of the Seventh Lubavitcher Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson.

The editor-in-chief of the publication is Rabbi Akiva Nemoy from Berdychiv. The translators are Rabbis Gershon Paley, Chaim Filtser, Reuven Kuravsky, as well as Ida Nedobora.
