Another physical therapy session took place at the “Beit Baruch” Home for the Elderly, a unique social institution of the Dnipro Jewish Community. These sessions are held here on a regular basis twice a week and are an important part of the systematic care for the physical well-being of the residents.<\/p>

<\/p>

The session was conducted by rehabilitation specialist Olha Moshenets, who gave individual attention to each participant and structured the exercise program taking into account the individual capabilities of the elderly, thereby ensuring safe and effective physical activity for all present.<\/p>

<\/p>

Such training sessions are aimed at maintaining joint mobility, strengthening muscles, and improving overall well-being. They help reduce pain, improve blood circulation, enhance quality of life, and also play an important role in developing coordination and preventing falls.<\/p>

<\/p>

The participants actively engaged in the process, performed the exercises with interest, and supported one another, thanks to which a warm and friendly atmosphere was created in the room, conducive not only to physical recovery but also to emotional uplift.<\/p>

“Such sessions are of great importance to our residents, as they help them maintain activity, energy, and self-confidence,” noted Malvina Ruvinska, Director of the “Beit Baruch” Home for the Elderly. “We are grateful for the attention and care given to each participant, and for the opportunity to implement such important initiatives within the united and cohesive Dnipro Jewish Community under the leadership of Chief Rabbi Shmuel Kaminezki.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
