A new episode in the weekly lesson series by Chief Rabbi of Dnipro Shmuel Kaminezki has been released on the “Menorah” YouTube channel, dedicated to the Torah portion of Naso. In this lesson, the Rav addresses one of the most complex and compelling topics \u2013 how blessings work in a person’s life, why some prayers are answered while others remain unanswered, and what significance a person’s attitude toward others holds.

<\/p>

The portion of Naso discusses the blessing of the Kohanim, spiritual purity, service in the Mishkan, and a person’s responsibility to the Almighty and to society. A special place in this portion is occupied by the famous Priestly Blessing \u2013 ancient words through which, as the Rav explains, the connection between a person and Divine blessing is revealed.

In his explanation, Rav Shmuel Kaminezki emphasizes that true spiritual help comes when a person is able to think not only about themselves but also about others. A blessing cannot be sustained in an atmosphere of egoism, quarrels, and indifference, whereas a sincere desire for good for one’s fellow, unity, and care for one another open the path to true miracles and Divine assistance.
