This helps one enter the new year and the Day of Judgment free from the responsibility of unfulfilled promises. <br><br><\/p><p>The ceremony will take place in every minyan after the morning prayer at the &#8220;Golden Rose&#8221; Synagogue.<br><br><\/p><p>To participate, come to the morning prayer and remain after the prayer for the ceremony. Each participant, in turn, approaches the assembled and recites a special text.
