Another men’s Torah class at the “Menorah Community” youth project of the Jewish Community of Dnipro, which has been actively developing thanks to the efforts of the Zislina family, was dedicated to the approaching holiday of Rosh Hashanah and spiritual preparation for the start of the new Jewish year. The central theme of the gathering was the question every person asks themselves on these special days: what will the coming year be like, and what truly influences the verdict rendered by the Heavenly Court. <\/p>

<\/p>

The speaker for the gathering was Rabbi Reuven Kaminezki, who addressed the most relevant questions related to the holiday of Rosh Hashanah, showing the significance that Jewish tradition places on a person’s inner choice, sincere repentance, and spiritual preparation for the new year. Special attention was given to which decisions truly carry weight before the Almighty and why even a single profound inner change is capable of altering a person’s destiny. <\/p>

<\/p>

During the lesson, the participants reflected on personal responsibility, freedom of choice, and what a man brings into the new year. The discussion focused on understanding that Rosh Hashanah is not only the beginning of a new calendar cycle but also a time when a person is given the opportunity to rethink their life, strengthen their connection with the Almighty, and prepare for a new stage of their spiritual journey. <\/p>

“Rosh Hashanah reminds each of us that the new year begins first and foremost with a person’s inner choice, with their aspiration to become better and draw closer to the Almighty,” said Levi Zislina, director of the “Menorah Community” project. “It is through the study of Torah, spiritual work on oneself, and a sincere striving to live according to its teachings that our spiritual connection is strengthened\u2014helping each of us to participate even more actively in the life of our beloved united and cohesive Jewish Community of Dnipro under the leadership of Chief Rabbi Shmuel Kaminezki.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
