This time, they discuss how everyday habits, the surrounding space, and unfinished business affect our inner state, our relationships with people, and even our financial well-being.

At the center of the conversation is the connection between outer and inner order. Why can clutter at home intensify anxiety, and why do unfinished tasks continue to occupy our thoughts even when we try to rest? Rav Shmuel and Sarah turn not only to Jewish tradition but also to psychology, in particular to the Zeigarnik effect, which explains why unfinished tasks are held so firmly in memory.

How does one understand that it is time to part with unnecessary objects, why do debts become a source of constant worry, and how does one learn to find joy without impulsive purchases?
