At the “Beit Tzindlicht” Children’s Educational Center—the main preschool institution of the Jewish Community of Dnipro—Pesach Sheni was celebrated across various age groups.
As is customary in Jewish tradition, matzah was added to the meal, because Pesach Sheni gives a second chance to fulfill this mitzvah for those who were unable to do so during the Passover Seders.
The children enjoyed eating their beloved matzah with great delight, happy for another opportunity to taste it. In addition, the holiday featured engaging lessons and educational games, during which boys and girls saw for themselves how important it is to be given a new chance to correct what didn’t work out the first time.
